Comequik.com Return Policy
Items shipped from Comequik.com, including Comequik Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Mistaken Returns
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. Comequik does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible.
If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Comequik, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Comequik cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Comequik.
Comequik Global Store Return Policy
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 5 business days for the refund to be processed and 12-15 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Seller Return Policy
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of Comequik.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Comequik.com’s, some seller returns policies may vary.
At this time we are unable to guarantee any returns from a third party inside the United States and you will have to negotiate with the seller on your own.
Delivery with Services
Returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third-party seller that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) can not be offered or fulfilled in the United States.
If a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Comequik Fresh and Grocery Items
Grocery items (including Comequik Fresh items) and wine are not returnable or returnable anyways. These kinds of purchases are made absolutely at your own risk.
Comequik Handmade
Products sold by Handmade Makers are subject to the standard A-to-z Guarantee policies for Comequik.
The exception to this is items that are purchased with optional customization options, other than size and color. See Customized Products for additional details.
Comequik Photos
Comequik Photos printed products are not returnable to Ceunix.
Comequik Renewed
This service does not work right now on the territory of the United States and may be updated within the next year.
Computers and Electronics
New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from Comequik.com that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 5 days of purchase.
Comequik.com may test computers that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 25 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned desktop, laptop, or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product or in the full amount of the purchase. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor and Ceunix is not responsible for any of these returns and is charging the full amount of purchase.
Note: Before returning items on which you’ve saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, erase this information completely.
Luxury Stores
The following guidelines apply to all return eligible Luxury store products, and returns that fail to adhere to these guidelines may be rejected.
Beauty products made of hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable to Comequik.com
Software and Video Games
Software and video games can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returned software or video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.
Televisions
Televisions are returnable for any reason within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Returns for televisions must be in new condition, in original packaging, and with all personal data removed via factory reset. If the item is damaged or defective, Comequik will provide a free return or replacement. Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information.
Wedding Registry Items
Items purchased from your Comequik Wedding Registry as a gift can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items purchased by the registry owner are subject to the standard 5-day Comequik.com Return Policy.
